So Nice soy based products are Kosher Certified by the Kashruth Council of Canada
(COR) , an organization
that oversees the supervision of kosher dietary laws. Kosher principles
are valued by many people and So Nice makes a commitment to adhering
to this dietary code.
The Kashruth Council of Canada has been in existence for more than
50 years and is one of the most respected kashruth agencies in the
world. Using the latest scientific technology, they provide certification
for thousands of products. The process involves various steps from
the application and review process through to inspection and certification
by a Rabbinic Coordinator. Follow-up is done in the form of plant
inspections and new product approvals to ensure constant adherence
to kosher requirements. For more information on the Kashruth Council
of Canada visit www.cor.ca.
